This Valentine’s Day, you can forget the flowers and candy. What your sweetie really wants is a unique and special gift—just like them. Lucky for you, we have the key to unlocking the perfect gift.

On Saturday, February 11, the Columbia County Visitors Center is hosting a one-day Love Lock event. We will have a padlock engraver on-site from 10 AM- 4 PM to inscribe you and your sweetheart’s personalized message. After having your lock customized, take a short stroll down to the Savannah Rapids Love Locks sculpture. Together you can attach your lock as a symbol of your love and commitment to each other. Don’t forget to snap a photo to capture this special memory!

Guests are welcome to bring their own lock or purchase one from the Visitors Center. The cost is $20 and includes a heart-shaped lock and engraving. For those who want to provide their own lock, the cost for engraving only is $10.

Pre-orders for locks are encouraged to ensure you get a lock and in your choice of colors (See photo below). Preorder your lock now through February 3^rd. There will be extra locks available on the day of the event, but the availability will be extremely limited.
