The second you step into Sól Himalayan Salt Cave and Spa, you completely forget you are in the center of the hustle and bustle of Evans, Georgia. All of the day’s stress quickly disappears in the tranquil setting of their beautiful salt cave created with hundreds of Himalayan Salt bricks. Close your eyes and listen quietly to the soft music and the flow of the water feature that helps draw out the minerals and elements from the Himalayan Salt Rock that richly saturate the air. The water feature works in conjunction with the halogenerator, which grinds and disperses pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air. This process is called Halotherapy. The health benefits can be extraordinary for some with allergies and sinus inflammation.
Many people who enjoy halotherapy regularly may find relief from respiratory issues such as allergies, sinusitis, upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, asthma, COPD, emphysema, pneumonia and ear, sinus, and respiratory infections. Halotherapy may also relieve some symptoms of acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, inflammation and dry skin.
