Augusta Hot Air Balloon Festival
September 25 and 26, the Augusta Balloon Festival is coming to Columbia County Fairgrounds! The family will ooh and ahh at the one hour Grand Finale Hot Air Balloon Glow & Laser show which incorporates music and visually stunning coordinated burns by the Hot Air Balloons and Lasers creating a Glow! Social Distancing and sanitation protocols will be in place. Mask will be required while in food vendor lines.
September 26 through November 15, The Maze at Steed’s Dairy in Grovetown offers up outdoor fall fun that includes hayrides, cow milking demos, a pumpkin patch, zip lining for kids, and much more. The main attraction, though, is the twisting, turning 5-acre corn maze. Add this to your list, as this is one of the best corn mazes in Georgia. Facilities have been expanded to allow for social distancing along with more sanitation procedures. Masks are encouraged.
